Delivery Policy

At Emma J Flowers, all arrangements are freshly made to order and delivered with care. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery from our SE9 1XB location.

  • Standard Local Delivery: within 7 miles of SE9 1XB

  • Extended Delivery: up to 12 miles for an additional delivery fee

  • Special Requests: deliveries beyond 12 miles can be arranged on request

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Dates & Times

  • Delivery dates can be selected at checkout.

  • While we do our best to meet requested delivery times, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.

  • Deliveries usually take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or courier issues.

Delivery Fees

  • Standard Local Delivery (within 7 miles): [insert fee, e.g., £5]

  • Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place

  • Leave them with a neighbour

  • Reattempt delivery where possible

This decision is at the discretion of the driver. We cannot be held responsible for flowers once delivered.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds for orders delayed, undelivered, or misplaced due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Perishable Goods

Flowers are perishable items. Once delivery has been attempted or completed, responsibility for the condition of the flowers passes to the recipient.

Special Requests

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred safe place), please include these at checkout. While we will do our best to follow them, they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can investigate and assist where possible.
